- Materialfeeder: mixed PVC resin+calcium carbonate+additives will be loaded to extruder by this process. Mostly here will be designed by using screw type feeder.
- Extruder Machine: Two regular extruder model for PVC marble sheet production is SJZ80/156 and SJZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder machine, clients can choose by their capacity requirements, capacity ranges from 400kg/h to 700kg/h. Machine will adopts Siemens PLC touch screen control, Siemens Motor, ABB frequency inverter, Schneider contactor etc.
- Die: The thickness of PVC marble sheet ranges from 1-8mm normally, Thickness is adjustable, means clients can get all thickness by one set of die head.
- Three/Four/Five calendar system: This is the most important part of PVC marble sheet production, this is the shaping and processing part of getting nice quality marble sheet, thickness is fixed by this process. During this process, the design PET/PVC film is also pasted to sheets, clients can easily change design and get different design marble sheet. For different speed machine, this part can be 3 rollers, 4 rollers or 5 rollers system.
- Cooling stacker: Just be used for cooling the sheet temperature, also equipped with side cutter to get final width PVC marble sheet and get nice sheet side.
- Haul off Machine: Supplying power to pull the PVC marble sheet forward.
- Cutting Machine: Set up the final length of sheet, then it will cut automatically.
- Automatic robot hand: Move the final size PVC marble sheet to the side, reduce labor cost. It is good for factory running.
