Process for Single screw extruder PVC edge band making machine:

Raw material mixing process: according to the formulation from Sharc, the worker will put all materials into mixer and the machine will mix all materials automatically.
granulation process: the mixed materials will be feed to this process to turn powder materials into granule format.
Extrusion process: after get granule from last step, it will be feed here to get plain color edge band.
Printing and UV coating process: This process is used to print colors to edge band tapes, also some edge band will get matt/shiny surface by UV coating machine here.

Working process of PVC ceiling panel machine by hot stamping:

Material loader → PVC mixer machine → vibration sieve → material loader → conical double screw extruder machine → mold (extrusion die head + calibration mold) → vacuum and calibration table → haul off machine → hot stamping machine →cutting machine → stacker → final PVC ceiling panel → package

Process for double screw extruder PVC edge band making machine:

Advantages of using double screw extruder to produce edge band tape:

The process is more easier, clients can directly use powder format materials to do production, easy for new client to start this project.
Compared with single screw extruder machine, the capacity is higher.

Process for Three calendar system PVC edge band sheet making machine:

Raw material mixing process: according to the formulation from Sharc, the worker will put all materials into mixer and the machine will mix all materials automatically.
Extrusion process: mixed materials will be directly feed here, but we get big PVC sheet here first. (we will cut it in the following step)
Printing and UV coating process: This process is used to print colors to PVC sheets, also will get matt/shiny surface by UV coating machine here.
Slitting process: Because on second step we get big PVC sheet, so we can cut in this step to get final size edge band tapes.
