Working process of PVC ceiling panel machine by hot stamping:
Material loader → PVC mixer machine → vibration sieve → material loader → conical double screw extruder machine → mold (extrusion die head + calibration mold) → vacuum and calibration table → haul off machine → hot stamping machine →cutting machine → stacker → final PVC ceiling panel → package
