Primer coating is a necessary step of PVC edge band production, basically during extrusion process, primer coating will be done(we call it online), but still some clients choose to do the primer coating in after process, we call it offline. This machine is suitable for PVC sheet production, big capacity machines. First we get PVC sheet with primer, then use edge band slitting machine to get final size edge banding tapes.
The function of primer coating for PVC edge band.
